Upon the Dedication of:
How great Thou art,
Oh mighty God,
Thy wonders to perform!
At Thy word the light appeared,
the world was created;
each living form.
How great Thou art,
Almighty God!
You gave the Solution to sin:
He hung in love upon the cross.
Let us give our hearts to Him.
How great thou art,
Oh mighty God
in creating these two new lives:
Aidan Daniel and Eden Janielle;
You grew their hearts,
gave sight to their eyes,
created each tiny eyelash,
each neuron in the brain,
each marvelous code on their DNA,
no fingerprint the same.
Their hands are Your hands
to reach out to care.
Their feet are Your feet
to guide anywhere;
yet You’ll allow them to choose
as they learn of Your love
guided by parents
and thy Word from above.
Dave and Michelle,
David and Serena,
Father, please guide them well.
May they teach Your word,
and all walk in its light
on the road to eternity
sustained by Your might.
Almighty Father,
As part of Your body,
an ongoing creation,
may we all reflect Jesus
without hesitation.
Ephesians 4:14-21
For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Christ,
Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
